Ride the passenger jeepneys with the "PRC" placard displayed. After crossing G. Puyat (Buendia), watch for Bagtikan St. Disembark at Estrella Ave., the corner immediately following Bagtikan. Walk a few meters and turn left at St. Paul Rd to the Palm Towers.
